What is your inventory's availability?
Our mission is to provide you with unique styles, amazing quality, superior customer service and great prices in one shop. We will only offer a limited quantity on each piece. Once that item is sold out, stay tuned for something more even more fabulous.
How long is shipping?
We ask that our customers allow us 48 hours for processing and 2-3 days for shipping. Once your order has shipped, we will provide a tracking number to the e-mail that was submitted with your order. Shipping times are estimated and vary. All orders are shipped USPS Mail.
In the event you require expedited shipping, please contact us at: [email protected] and we will be of further assistance. Lost parcels marked as delivered are not the responsibility of Naughty Goddess, LLC.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. Orders will only be shipped within the United States.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Returns are only accepted on defective items ONLY. Any item that is received defective has 24 hours from receipt to contact us. Worn items do not qualify as defective. Otherwise, all items are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please allow 3-7 business days after receipt for your exchange/store credit (does not expire) to be processed and shipped to you. Please also be advised, returning shipping cost is not the responsibility of Naughty Goddess, LLC.

Does your merchandise run true to size?
Yes. Most of our items run true to size. We will advise otherwise in the description.
What is a Promo Code?
We will have periodic sales and during those times, we will announce the promo code to use in order to obtain the discount during checkout. We are not responsible for the non-usage of active promo codes.
